As late the day to kick off this visit due to Plan B, I got off at Alp Grum @ 2091 meters. Here a short wait for my return service. What a view looking south!

The Wolfgang pass in the highest point between Davos and Klosters. It can channel some extreme weather, and therefore the snow was an average of 5 feet deep. I hired a set of snow-shoes from the winter sports shop at Davos Platz for a about £10 per day and set off.

This frozen lake and bleak landscape is near Ospizio Bernina, the highest section of the Bernina Pass at 2253 meters. Snow is places at two meters deep here!

My first shot of the day, kicking off at Davos, with two local services worked by the elderly Ge4/4.I firstly Davos-Filisur as this shot, then also the Winter peak service Davos to Kosters. My plan was to hit this area for the day, however the weather had other idea's!
