Rather grim light for this example of class 377/2 that were originally operated by Southern Trains, and subsequently transferred to FCC ( which is now reborn as Thameslink) Note the former Midland Railway Signalbox at St Albans South, fully restored externally.

Southern Trains originally had an allocation of class 319's. However, they have now been transferred to Thameslink which enables Southern to standardise on Electrostar classes. 319 216 is one of a number that still retain Southern livery, with TL branding applied.

Two of the 377/5 batch ordered by Southern, but delivered to FFC-Thameslink. They often appear on the faster Bedford to Brighton services.
