The 0940 Alresford worked by the Ivatt 2MT. She punches above her weight, being more than able to tackle the 1/60 gradients. Probably my favourite engine to work on.

Little 'Midland P2 tank' or 'Micky Mouse tank' doing what she does best. Working local services. Many of those locos were built for the Southern Region from new in BR days and spent all their working lives on the SR ( as did 41312) Great little engine to work on.
