Hard to describe how entirely grungy, shop-class and open-source these little devils are.

In theory, a device like this is supposed to be able to make another device like this. In practice, you could get rid of all the RepRap parts actually made by a RepRap and it would work better.

One periodically has gotta take some files, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches and/or cable-clamps to the device.
