The last thing I remembered was entering a fiery vortex with the universe spinning around like a top on steroids. The extreme velocity with which we were hurled forth must have caused us to black out. We slowly came to our senses. I for one was reluctant to open my eyes. I did so one eye at a time, and was amazed at what lay before us--Somewhereville and home sweet home. We were safe and intact. The only thing missing was Finnian's map. The way back, if we ever chose to return, would have to be discovered all over again.
And thus ended our journey to the Lost Sierras.
