This is the picture on the postcard sent to their grandfather Gustav WOTTITZ in Vienna in September 1914.
My mother is the baby of the family - born 12 July 1906.
Compare this picture with that of Annie and Victor with their mother and grandparents abt 1904 -perhaps also in Alt Aussee and the picture of all three children in about 1907.

Hexi was the sister of Josef - Pepi FRANK, the architect who designed the BUNZL house in Ortmann and who worked at Haus und Garten where my mother also worked.
Josef Frank died in Chicago where he was Prof of Sociology. I have never traced his wife. My mother took Hexi's jewellery to Egypt where she kept it in the war !
Pepi Frank visited us in Orpington from Sweden where his designs inspired IKEA.
Edith's son Heinz Michel worked for B and B in London
I could go on for ever .....

Bettina is my mother - born as Bettina KERNER in Vienna on 12 June 1906. Martin Bunzl was her mother's cousin and Martin's father, Max Bunzl, was her father's cousin -although her parents were not related! The date of this picture is probably about 1928.
