It was the cap that attracted me to this fellow yesterday evening. Where did you get THAT from, I asked him:-) "In a car boot sale!"And, he added, "No doubt from Turkey orginally". Perhaps from Pakistan, too. He first said his name was Rashid but when I laughed out he confessed he was Richard. He's a carpenter.

Dr Sophie, Uzo's elder sister, wondered whether I was a professional photographer. Whatever gave her that idea I'm not sure:-) I was minding my business -- as we keen photographers do -- when she approached me: would I take a picture? There was little Jordan, Uzo and Sophie (I may upload their shots later). There was no way I could refuse. Such a beautiful family, I thought:-) They are originally from Nigeria but Sophie is a doctor in a nearby Cambridgeshire town and had come down to Cambridge for a visit. And they just happened to notice an old chap in a bowler hat with a camera... it had to be that famous Cambridge photographer:-))
