I have been posting more than one photo a day of late ... too much time on Flickr I think. Time to go back to one-a-day perhaps?
I'm overdue for a new camera ... this one is 4 years old and the newer, latest and greatest models are tempting me. What happened to the day when we kept (and more importantly, used) cameras for 20 years or more. The more serious question is ... should I switch brands? The latest Sony cameras seem to be focusing on video and full-frame whereas Fuji and Panasonic appear to be more interested in still photography and APS-C in their latest models? I was a Canon aficionado when I shot film but Canon and Nikon to my mind just keep making the same camera over and over again, albeit a little or a lot better each time. They are fine cameras but I love my EVF and small camera now and could never go back to giant DSLR's with optical finders.
C'mon camera experts ... give me some advice ... I know you wanna! Any and all opinions are welcome. If you happen to be on the market for a used but still in great shape Sony NEX-7 let me know in a Flickr mail. If I switch brands their will be some lenses to go with it.
