I recently discovered an old advertisement on Ebay that showed an identical cab - in the advertisement it was labeled as a 1982 Kenworth LCF 2 chassis... so this is likely a 1980s model truck.

I photographed this old dump truck in Montana. Dodge LCF trucks were produced from 1960 through about 1975, LCF stands for Low Cab Forward. The C-500 to C-700 were medium duty trucks while the C-800 through C-1000 fell into the heavy duty category. These big trucks had either 318, 361 or 413 cubic inch gas V8's or diesel I6, V6 or V8 engines from Cummins. They utilized the cabs from the 1956-60 Dodge pickups. This one is probably at least a 1969 model because it has single rather than dual headlights. These trucks had an amazing hood, the top hood opened up and an access door on each side attached directly to the fenders opened forward allowing completely unobstructed access to the engine compartment.
