You are looking at an unfinished cathedral and a fountain with no water. The Cathedral of St. John the Divine (whose construction began in 1892) is the perfect backdrop to the amazing Peace Fountain (built in 1985).

The Four World Trade Center office tower features an amazing terrace/outdoor patio near the top and, as so many skyscrapers do in NYC, it also doubles as a mirror ;)

One of my favourite views from the One World Observatory: the first three bridges built to connect Manhattan to Brooklyn - the Brooklyn Bridge (1883), the Williamsburg Bridge (1903) and the Manhattan Bridge (1909).
