Afinal, parece que os Maias se enganaram... e vamos a prolongamento ;)

Mas uma "previsão" concretizou-se: o Inverno começou mesmo esta manhã, a tempo de mais uma vez nos acompanhar durante esta época natalícia - época que serve, entre outras coisas, para fazer balanços e formular desejos. De balanços estou farta... mas desejos tenho-os aos montes e para todos os amigos :)

Assim, desejo que o vosso Natal seja feliz e que o Ano Novo chegue bem-disposto e com muita saúde. Também desejo trabalho bem remunerado para quem o não tem e anda à procura... A esperança de que as coisas melhorem antes do ponto de ruptura é essencial à minha sanidade mental - por isso opto por acreditar que isso vai acontecer.
E se em vez de anunciarem por aí o fim do mundo, tivessem mas era deixado a receita para resolver a barafunda que vai pelo mundo, isso é que era de valor, ó Maias! ;)

Well, it looks like the Mayans were wrong... and we're going to overtime ;)

But at least one "prediction" came true: winter arrived this morning, just in time to spend the holidays with us. 'Tis the season to look back and evaluate the year about to end and 'tis the season to make wishes for the future - since I'm sick and tired of looking back and evaluating, I'll just share my best wishes with all my friends :)

What the Mayans should have left us was a solution for the mess the whole world is in but no such luck, and we'll have to sort it all out ourselves - and I believe we can, if nothing else, for my own sanity ;)

So, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year, filled with health and joy and may all your wishes come true...
