This year, my "Counting down to 2024" series includes a mix of fire and LED lights. I skipped it last year, but back in 2021, there were fibre optics involved (as they are again this year :) ✨
This time, my macro lens had a candle and a background of Christmas tree lights to work with — the 90D did the rest :)

Desta vez, a minha objectiva macro teve pela frente uma vela e um fundo de luzes da árvore de Natal — a 90D encarregou-se do resto :)

For this one, my macro lens got real up-close and personal with those colourful fibres and this is what came out for my wishes of a Happy 2024! ✨

I found this "heart" on a leaf of the plant that is growing in a flowerbed that I have on my balcony. I haven't planted seeds in a long time, but every year a different plant grows, depending on the seeds that the wind brings, and it's always a welcome surprise.

Encontrei este "coração" numa folha da planta que está a crescer num canteiro que tenho na minha varanda. Já não planto sementes há muito tempo, mas todos os anos nasce uma planta diferente, consoante as sementes que o vento traz, e é sempre uma surpresa bem-vinda.
