This was a bit of a miracle of patience and good eBay karma. Years ago I found this 70s-era Vanity Fair camisole and matching half-slip. And then, a few years later, I saw an auction for the matching bra - in my size no less! Fast forward a couple years after THAT and the matching undies came up for auction. But you'll have to take my word for that :)
