Flickr Lounge: vivid color

The color caught my eye, and the dabs of frost and tiny frozen dewdrops made it extra special. I don't believe it's a dandelion, BTW, but one of the lookalikes.

I find these really hard to photograph since they are tiny and need a close-up approach, but layered and it's hard to get the whole thing in focus with a small depth of field. But this manages to show the color and to get the fuzzy part of the flower and some leaves in focus.
