I've taken a long time getting started in posting my 100x photos, though I have been taking photos and throwing them into a preliminary folder. Sorting out the sub-themes, and deciding which photos are good enough to post, has been complicated, but I'll be posting more soon.

Sandhill cranes look graceful in the air and graceful on the ground. But sometime before coming in for a landing, they slow their descent by putting landing gear down, and after that they look comical, especially when the wind blows some of them sideways.
