The
Fuggerei is the world's oldest social housing complex, formally founded in 1521 by Jakob Fugger "the Rich", though construction actually started earlier. The first buildings were erected between 1516 and 1523.
And if you wonder about that "interesting" place name that flickr assigned,
this has been brought up already over 2 years ago (!) in the Help Forum, but flickr staff does not care about fixing the maps' place names issues.
