At the Regattastrecke, just after the sun vanished behind the horizon.

The Regattastrecke Oberschleißheim (Oberschleißheim Regatta Course) is an artificial lake that was build for the 1972 Olympic Games as the rowing and canoe sprint venue.

The lake is 2,230 metres long and 140 metres wide. Since 2018 it is under Denkmalschutz (scheduled monument, historic landmark).

It is still used as training facility for local rowing clubs and for related sports events, e.g the World Rowing Cup 1997 and the 2007 World Rowing Championships.

The Hi-Sky is the worlds tallest transportable ferris wheel (78 metres). Currently located in the Werksviertel in Munich. A tour takes 30 minutes, so it moves rather slowly.

The Werksviertel is the redeveloped area of the former Pfanni Kartoffelknödel (potato dumpling) factories in Munich - now home for creatives and startups.

What were they thinking? The Bentley Continental GT Speed shown in a shrieking frog green metallic colour at the Shanghai Auto Show 2015.

In my humble opinion the more subdued and classic "British Racing Green" (as on this Jaguar D-Type) would have been way more appropriate for this car.

At least it is an eye catcher - and that may have been the reason why....
