Interior of St. Peter church in Munich.
This is the oldest documented church in Munich, first mentioned in a document dated around 1225/26. It was expanded several times, went from Romanesque style through late Gothic style to its final appearance in late Baroque style.
The church was nearly completely destroyed during the allied bombing raid of February 25th 1945, the reconstruction after World War II was only completed in 2000 with the final reconstruction of the ceiling frescoes.

The Tatooine-like double sun is actually a flare, caused by the use of two Cokin filters in front of the lens. The colours are therefore a result of a Cokin 036 FL-W and additionally a 125 T2 gradual filter.
Taken at the Fasaneriesee lake in Munich.
(And - Tatooine has no lakes... 😁)

The Müllersches Volksbad indoor swimming pool has been the first public indoor swimming pool in Munich.
The building is a mix of Baroque Revival and Art Nouveau architecure. Upon completion in 1901 it has been the largest and most expensive swimming pool in the world.
