Not sure myself. No "Heritage Architecture" signage to be found anywhere on this. Either it is a well restored (rebuilt) old building or an entirely new building in colonial style (yes, they do that!).

Another case of hidden treasure, built in 1925.

No. 34 in Hengchangli is the place where the "Bolshevik", a publication by the CPC Central Comittee was produced.

Hengchangli is located at Lane 1376 Yuyuan Road - about borderline of the former "French Concesion" and "International Settlement".
