Roughly 200 Colorado National Guard Soldiers and Airmen spent April 12-14, 2013, training at the West Metro Fire Training Center in Lakewood, Colo., in preparation for this summer’s multi-state National Guard Bureau evaluation. The service members represent the state’s CERFP (CBRNE - Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosive - Enhanced Response Force Package) and are responsible for responding to such emergencies here in Colorado and if called upon, across the nation.
