The former Florida Brothers Building stands at 319 West Hale Street, and is today a law office. Built in 1936 by Thomas P. Florida to house a real estate business, it features "restrained" Art Deco design. The structure was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
Osceola, Arkansas is the southern county seat of Mississippi County (the northern county seat being Blytheville). It is a lovely, though declining, Delta town located in a culturally and physically fascinating part of the state.
