The former Blytheville Greyhound Bus Station stands at 109 North 5th Street. The Streamline Moderne structure was built ca. 1937, using the designs of architects William Nowland van Powell and Ben Watson White. It is one of the most remarkable examples of Art Moderne architecture in Arkansas.

The station was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Greyhound ceased bus operations here in 2001, and since 2010, it has housed an office, museum, and visitor's center for Main Street Blytheville.
