Also known as the Butler-Harris-Rainwater House, this Queen Anne structure stands to the southwest of the intersection of 1st Street SW and 10th Avenue SW. It was built in 1890-94, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. It currently houses the Butler-Harris-Rainwater Museum.
