The Hale County Courthouse in downtown Greensboro, Alabama was designed in Classical Revival style and built in 1907. It originally had a wider tower with a dome on top, but in 1935 this Colonial clock tower was added.

The structure is a contributing property to the Greensboro Historic District, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
