This outstanding courthouse was erected in 1918 with the designs of J. E. Hollingsworth and Mitchell Selligman. It was built mainly of Bedford stone along with Sandstone columns and accents at a cost of $200,000. The edifice was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
