Albion is located in central Cassia County in the central southern part of the state southeast of Burley. It was originally the Cassia County seat and the home of the Idaho State Normal College. Today the town has lost its courthouse as well as its teacher's college; however the town survives and maintains its historical buildings.

American Falls is located in southeastern Idaho to the southwest of Pocatello. It is the county seat and largest town of Power County.

Arco is one of my favorite county seats in Idaho. It is located in the eastern part of the Gem State north of the Snake River, and it serves Butte County.

One of my favorite things about Arco is its population. It has fewer than 1,000 people.

Ashton is one of the last farming communities of the Snake River Valley of northeastern Idaho before the woods leading into Yellowstone begin. It is located between Saint Anthony and West Yellowstone, Montana in Fremont County, Idaho.
