This puffin had no fear, landing within a few feet of us. Shooting at 850mm was a bit of problem. I gradually crawled backwards while removing my 1.4 teleconverter until this shot was possible. Apparently this puffin was ready for his (or her) closeup because it waited for me to undertake my painfully slow adjustment.
