A grey sunrise didn't dampen my spirits at the stunning Cathedral Cove, in the Coromandel region of the north island of New Zealand.

After 2 days of constant rain in Sydney I ventured down to North Curl Curl pool as a large 3 metre swell was running offshore. For the water to overflow this pool requires a big swell and this morning nature delivered ! I loved the flow through the fence and railing.

After a few days of heavy rain and overcast grey skies, it was nice to see some colour and blue sky at sunrise ! A big 3 metre swell provided some nice back flow on the shelf at Little Bay, Sydney Australia.
