these little plastic bags of water were everywhere - vendors sell them to everyone who wants cool, clean (chlorinated) water.
the bags also end up everywhere.
we always had our water bottles along, filled with filtered water, or water from bottles.
the buildings are all in different stages of completion and use. the yard on the right was full of activity, food vendors preparing for the day.

In the village where my goddaughter lives, she has a "bathroom" where we took our bucket baths. Most other people in the village have outdoor areas with walls or fencing for privacy.
Everyone bathes twice a day, morning and evening. The days are dusty and muggy, and the nights are humid too, so when you wake up you're ready for another bath.
There's no question whether or not you do your twice daily bathing - not doing so is. unheard of and looked down upon.
