This is a antique photo album from the late 1800's. It came to me from Houston, Texas. It is filled with CDV's from the state of Illinois. It might have been put together in Illinois back in the late 1800's then migrated to Houston, Texas. Now it's back in it's home state of Illinois.
The album is very worn & shows signs of it's age. All the pages are still intact to the inner spine but the outer spine has pulled away & is ripped. One metal hasp is missing to keep the album closed.
The title of this photo album is printed on the spine of the book in gold letters. The "Autographic Photography Album."
A list of Illinois towns that these CDV's are from, Springfield, Evenston, Mount Carroll, Galesburg, Quincy, Riverdale, Buckley, Waukegan, Freeport, Jacksonville, Chicago, Ottawa, Elgin, Decater, Rockford, & one from Springfield, Massachusetts.
