I have a set of 40 plus black and white photo from Yellowstone National Park. I think they were taken in the 1940's. There is a stamp on the back of the photos the reads "42", So that maybe the year. Some of the photos have names of the places written on the backs, like...Upper Falls, Gibbons River, Yellowstone River Grand Canyon Inspiration Point, Tower Falls, Buffalo In South Dakata, Castle Geyser, Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Bonneville Dam just to name a few.

Some of these old black and white photos look almost professional. There are some lovely scenery photos, photos of bears and people fishing too. I have never been to Yellowstone. It must be breathtaking to see it in person. I hope you enjoy this set of photos and please leave a comment if you like.
