These exhibits are at the start of the exhibition and patience may be required to have space to take a good shot.
We knew that school parties went separately - but then managed to book in half term week - so very busy!
You have an allocated time and queue, once allowed in there is a short film prior to entering the main exhibition.
Once in the main exhibition you are free to move around as you wish - crowds permitting - which they did, spaces did open up.
We stayed for 90 minutes.

Not sure how many people noticed these.
If you sat in the second room and looked up, on both sides there was a video running on a loop, telling some of the battle stories.

"The two exquisite bronze chariots, half the size of the real Qin model, were buried 20 metres west of the tomb mound. It is most likely that they were for the Emperor’s afterlife journeys. The chariots were made of thousands of components assembled together. A variety of techniques, including casting, soldering, hammering and drilling were employed. These exquisite and luxurious characters were further decorated with gold and silver inlay and ornaments. The Emperor intended to continue the inspection tours that he carried out in his life time. The reproductions of the two bronze chariots in this exhibition provide a good opportunity for visitors to have a close look the details of the Qin chariots."

"No. 1 Chariot is the vanguard. There is a large umbrella providing shade from the sun. Its handle is flexible and rotatable to block the sun from different angles, hence this umbrella is considered to be the world's earliest sunshade. A driver is standing below the umbrella, with his hands holding the horses’ rein. The entire No. 1 bronze carriage and horses are decorated with exquisite colored drawings, and gold and silver ornaments weighing over 3,000 and 4,000 grams (6.6 and 8.8 pounds) respectively. "
