I would guess these Volvo's, Audi's and Lexus driven by the PLA in Hong Kong are for senior officers and VIP's.....

All PLA vehicles in Hong Kong can be easily spotted by their ZG licence plates and the different font.

Its amazing how many different vehicles the PLA use here in Hong Kong, they seem to have been round all the agents in Hong Kong and said we will have 3 of each!!
