The carousel was originally located at Euclid Beach Amusement Park, where it was isntalled in 1910 to replace an earlier carousel. After the park closed at the end of the 1969 season. the carousel was sold to Palace Playland in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The carousel ceased operation in 1996 and was purchased by local enthusiasts (www.clevelandcarousel.org/) in 1997. It was instealled at the Western Reserve historical Society's Crawford Auto Aviation Museum in a new glass pavilion , where it is easily visible from the street.

This is a Philadelphia Toboggan Company Carousel Number 19 design with 58 horses and two chariots (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euclid_Beach_Park#The_Euclid_Beach_...).

The resolution was downsized from 1920 x 1080 due to the large file size.
