Leaving Case Western Reserve University and heading north, the first shot is of Severance Hall (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Severance_Hall). The convert hall is home of the Cleveland Orchestra (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleveland_Orchestra). The orchestra is perennially rated in the top five orchestras in the world.
This is looking NE across Euclid Avenue. Also visible is one of the many orange barrels that signal Construction Season, the only season beside Winter in NE Ohio.

Wade Lagoon and University Circle United Methodist Church

Crossing Euclid Avenue, we come to Wade Lagoon, part of Wade Park (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wade_Park_(Cleveland_park)). To the west is University Circle United Methodist Church (www.churchinthecircle.com/). The church is also also affectionately known locally as "The Church of the Holy Oil Can".

Clevleand Museum of Art and Wade Lagoon

Two of the great treasures of Cleveland are Wade Lagoon and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
Wade Lagoon is part of Wade Park (Wade Park (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wade_Park_(Cleveland_park))). The park is the de dacto campus of the Cleveland Museum of Art and other museums and institutions that make up this cultural gem.
The Cleveland Museum of Art (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleveland_Museum_of_Art) is arguably one of the finest art museums in the country. It is also noted for free admission to the permanent galleries.
This show was taken bear the SE corner of the lagoon looking north. Ir was too windy to get a good reflection of the museum in the water, but the waves have their own charm.

Church of the Covenant
University Circle
Looking south towards CWRU from Wade Lagoon, you can see the bell tower of the historic Church of the Covenant (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_of_the_Covenant_%28Cleveland%29). This church was built in 1911 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
