Former PMT Leyland Lynx H860 GRE wears what I understand is meant to be an idea of what Potteries independent 'Stoniers' may have looked like if PMT had kept the name going after they took over the Berresfords group in 1987. I think this bus is usually used for spot hire to operators from Reliance Bus Works.

It is seen opposite Stoke-on-Trent railway station operating a free service to the POPS rally at Wedgwood.

This 1965 Northampton Transport bus belongs to my friend Mike Edmunds. It is seen here taking part in the Northampton Open House weekend, where it and other preserved buses operated a free service linking the town centre with sites opening for the weekend. Many people also took the opportunity to enjoy a ride on an old Northampton bus.

I think this was the best of what was my first roll through the Mamiya C220, which has taught me that i shall need to pay closer attention to focusing when in a hurry.

Preserved United Counties Bristol RE/ ECW, 311 (NBD 311F) is seen having just passed under the 1837 built stone arch, which carries the London and Birmingham Railway over the old Northampton - Towcester Road.

The RE was operating as part of Northampton Heritage Open Days 2018.

John Child's magnificent 1945 Daimler CWD6 with Duple Utility body, Northampton CT no.129, is seen outside 'St.Sep's", as the locals call it, or more correctly, The Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Northampton. It is a Norman round Church from around 1196.

Not quite as sharp as it should be, as I didn't realise that infinity wasn't found in the normal way.
