The Delaware National Guard's 198th Expeditionary Signal Battalion Command Sgt. Maj. Tristan Soriano relinquished responsibility to Sgt. Maj. Shawn McFadden, May 1, 2021 in Wilmington, Del. During the ceremony, Soriano received a Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership during his recent deployment to Southwest Asia in support of United States Central Command in Operation Inherent Resolve.
