Congratulations to Maj. Kristine LaRocca, the new Medical Readiness Detachment Commander. Maj. LaRocca assumed command from Maj. Melissa Pietras during a Change of Command ceremony at Joint Force Headquarters in New Castle, Del. on October 15, 2023. During the ceremony, Col. Richard Marcinko presented Maj. Melissa Pietras with a Meritorious Service Medal for her outstanding mentorship, leadership, and tremendous dedication to ensure soldier readiness throughout the Detachment, as well as the entire Delaware Army National Guard.
