Congratulations to newly honorarily state-promoted Brig. Gen. Wiley O. Blevins on his retirement from the Delaware Army National Guard during a ceremony held at Joint Force Headquarters, New Castle, Del., June 1, 2024.
Starting in 1986, Brig. Gen. Blevins retires with 38 years of selfless service to the Delaware Army National Guard, Active Duty Army and our nation.
