The Delaware National Guard held Officer Candidate School Class 065’s Graduation Ceremony at the 193rd Regional Training Institute in Bethany Beach, Sunday, September 10, 2022. This year’s class graduated three from the Delaware OCS program. Kwabena Adjei, James Catello and Olga Usova finished their officer training in front of friends and family. Adjei and Catello received their commissions and pinned their new ranks during the ceremony. The newly commissioned second lieutenants took the oath of office in front of family, colleagues, friends and distinguished guests.
