Apples are so good this year. I eat one in the car on the way to work (oh keep your hair on, I eat it at the stop light, not on the freeway at 60 mph!) and one in the afternoon, sliced, with peanut butter.
And sometimes, in the evening, I slice them up and bake them with pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top! Smells heavenly and tastes sinful!
