The Totem Pole in Palisades Park was made by the Chilkat Thlinger Indians of Sitka Alaska and donated by J. Walter Todd to the City of Santa Monica in 1926. It's tucked away at the very north end of the park.

I bought this Sigg aluminum bottle about three years ago to use for drinking water at work. I can't use normal drinking glasses at work as I tend to knock them over frequently, soaking my work papers. Thus the need for a cap. I figure over the last three years this little bottle saved over two thousand plastic bottles going to the landfill or recycler and saved me at least a grand. Very sweet indeed!
