Well, I got so carried away with swiss chard, February passed me by before I got a chance to try another new veg. February's vegetable is black kale. Haven't tried this yet, if anyone has a favorite recipe, let me know :).

January's vegetable is swiss chard, sauteed in olive oil, onions and a dash of red pepper flakes. So delicious! The ones from the famers market are not bitter at all, very tender. No pre-boiling at all. I can't believe I waited all these years before trying this, My new favorite vegetables.
