Who needs to sit in a bar on a Saturday night when you've got this! Griffith Park is a huge, fantastic wilderness in the heart of the city. Just after this view, a coyote came down from the hillside, saw us with our paparazzi cameras and ran off.

At first, I thought we'd wandered into a Damien Hirst-like art installation, but no, it's just a butcher's shop. Our steaks and burgers are usually so nicely wrapped in shiny plastic or white paper, it's startling to be reminded where our meat comes from.
