It was so fantastic to finally get outdoors after being cooped up indoors all week. The fresh sea air was better than all the cold medicine I've been on (ok, well, I suppose the antibiotics did help too!) I love the beach this time of year, lovely swaths of wet sand, fab clouds, dolphins, lots of birds, not many people. Perfect!
