A few years ago I folded just one "etoile" and at that time the CP's were free available on the internet. Now not anymore, so I had to reengineer this tessellation. And here it is: the finished backlit version of the "Etoile" by Lydia Diard, with 7 stars on one side and 7 flowers on the other side. Of course you can fold more stars and flowers, if you make a larger grit.
Folded from tant paper, hexagon 33 cm, grid 1:32, finished size about 14 cm.
