Can you find where the entrance is?
"Labyrinth" is one of the tessellation possibilities, when adding more creases and folds to Big Blocks. I not ready with 'research' on this pattern ;-))
Used paper: glassine 34cm, grid 1:32
Size finished model about 17cm.

I had fun changing the colors, so I made a collection using the others colors of my "Molecule-blocks-tessellation".
This is my favorite color, not added in this image ;-)

While folding another of my new pattern of my Block-tessellation serie I used thicker paper and because of that and the density of the pattern this bowl-shape arose ;-)
On the left you see the pattern from the outside and on the right the inside.
Here you can see a different view of my origami tessellation "Bricks".
I found (independently) a variation of the "Wall" of Momotani and I'm probably not the first one, correct me please when I'm wrong.
Folded from 21x21cm greenish Japanese paper, with some golden en silver dots in it.

I extended the pattern of the "Molecule" in two ways by just moving the folding-pattern a bit. I used this paper, because of it's specific subdivision of lines, to see what it result would be.
In the upper row you see the frontside of the two variations and in the lower its back, or the other way around..... what makes it to be called a front- or backside? You decide for yourselves ;-)
I folded this "Molecule-blocks-tessellation" 4 times to show it all.
This is the flat version.
Folded from 15x15cm Freundenberger paper, grid 1:16.

A few years back I gave a friend of mine a tessellation made of glassine paper for her birthday. As you perhaps know, the beauty of a tessellation folded with that paper, one can see the best when it is backlit. She put it in her window so it catches sunlight. But now that tess is bleached completely and she wants a new one, if that would be possible. Here you see the first new one called "Squares". I want to make a few different pattern, but all based on "Blocks", so she can make a choice.
Paper: glassine, 20x20cm, grid 1:16
Discovered this pattern independently.
