"So, we did our best!", says Blue
"Definitely, my dear friend, not a crumb or stain to be seen from the big pumpkin explosion.", answers Red
Red nods in agreement.
I’m glad to know that little origami devils have magic powers ;-)))
(If you missed the pumpkin explosion see first comment box)
Wishing you all a joyful week ahead!

'Hello there, lovely people.
We hope you started this Halloween weekend well and survived the first night ;-))
Enjoy it to the fullest, because time flies.
I'm still trying to stop time, even if it is just for a moment, but I haven't mastered that magic formula yet, I'll have to practice for a long time before I succeed.
So meanwhile, Happy Halloween!!', says the little Witch.
'Meow', says her black cat.
'Have lots of fun', says Jack-o'-lantern with his super smile.
These origami models are not difficult and can easily be folded with kids.

""I'm a bit sad, I see the end of the roll of paper from which I am folded. And also, for now, I'm the last of this series of dragons, which Marjan folded this summer.
So I'll have to wait a while for new ori-friends... Well, I'm sitting well and softly on the lookout!! ;-))""
As the little one above already told you, this is the last one in the dragon-serie, more to come, but I have to fold them first.
I hope this setting will make you smile ;-))

"Woopie, this is a perfect place to spend the night. Very peaceful and quiet! I just love it!!", says this Sea Dragon joyfully ;-))
Sometimes you see that a designer, for whatever reason, comes up with a second more complicated design. That is also the case here.
For this Sea Dragon I made the paper myself: two layers of tissue paper glued on top of each other, blue and black. The colors blended well and the bluest side became the outside. Why I did this? Well, because this model is more complex, has more layers of paper, more refined details and needs even more modeling, than the previous version (see first comment box, in case you missed it yesterday) and then this paper is very suitable.
I also enjoyed making this paper, it's always exciting to see if it succeed, I haven't mastered the right formula yet.
The size of this paper is 43x43cm.
Final size: length 24cm, depends how you shape it

"""Leviathan is a mythical creature, that appears in several books of the Hebrew Bible and other ancient sources. It is often associated with chaos, envy, and the end of time, and has various origins and meanings in different cultures..
A Leviathan is a giant sea creature. It can be real, like a whale, or mythical, like a Serpent or Sea Dragon.
Legend tells us that the Leviathan was at least 300 miles in length. The exact size of the creature was unknown, because the size of the Leviathan was too big to be comprehended by man. This mighty sea creature was known to have a hot temper, that was feared by all and armored scales, that made it impossible to kill the beast."""
Info - the internet
~~~Fortunately in Origami-land the Leviathan is just a friendly Sea Dragon with magical powers, it can fly and live also outside the water.
By the way, it seems to be the season of flying Sea Dragons. Let me know if you spot one too in your own garden or elsewhere. ;-))~~~
