Fluidr / Magar K-9 Unit by Dan Haug

Our first encounter with a New Yorker - Magar greeted us at our hotel on East 44th Street. Part of the K-9 unit, Magar's specialty was detecting bombs. It seems being in a hotel next to the United Nations has its privileges!

He was a real charmer - every time we saw him we'd call his name and he'd perk-up with a wag and a lick. How can you not be a dog lover with a face like that!
