I'm just about done uploading old concert photos shot with a P&S. Here's Amy Winehouse at Avalon, Boston, May 2007. Amy was not really drunk accompanied by the Dap-Kings (of Daptone Records and "Sharon Jones and the" fame), and two back-up singers who danced to Motownesque choreography. Amy blew through most of her Mark Ronson & Salaam Remi produced, hip hop influenced, Motown / '60s & '70s Soul / early '60s girl group R&B breakthough album Back To Black, along with some tracks from her jazz-soul debut Frank
None of these shots turned out all that well, due in part to the fact that they were shot in the midst of a packed, sold-out crowd in near-constant motion all night.
